For one intimate evening at Solène, Florence Bauchet shares the legacy of her family estate, cultivated with passion since 1920. Discover three distinctive Bauchet Champagnes, followed by a 2019 Lalande de Pomerol, each thoughtfully paired with a Southern French menu that begins with delicate canapés and culminates in Black Angus entrecôte.
